Surf associated with a large northwest swell that peaked Sunday will hold through the day today at warning levels for north and west facing shores on the smaller islands, then drop to advisory levels tonight into Tuesday. Advisory level surf will continue on the Big Island today for exposed north and west facing shores.

* SURF...Along north and west facing shores of Niihau and Kauai, and north facing shores of Oahu, Molokai, and Maui, surf will be 20 to 30 feet.
